When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 15.00, and check-out must take place no later than 10:00 a.m.
When can I have breakfast?
You can enjoy your breakfast in our café every day of the week between 7 AM and 10 AM.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. You will be informed of the code for the network at check-in.
Is parking free and where is it?
If you are a guest at the hotel, parking is free and you can park in our parking lot right in front of the hotel.
Is the hotel disabled-friendly?
Yes, we have a disabled-friendly room, which is equipped with a toilet with armrests and a walk-in shower. The room also offers extra floor space and wide doors for increased comfort.
The hotel is easily accessible for wheelchair users and there is a lift to the 1st floor.
how far is the center of Kerteminde from the hotel?
The hotel is centrally located in Kerteminde, with one of Funen’s best beaches right next door. Popular sights such as Fjord & Belt and the Johannes Larsen Museum are only a 5-minute walk away. In addition, the main street, where you will find shops and restaurants, is also only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the rooms’ balconies and terraces. Outdoors, smoking is only allowed in the areas that are specially marked for the purpose.
What is the cancellation policy of the hotel?
Any cancellation or change must be made in writing to info@hotelkertemindestrand.dk and is only valid when confirmation has been received. Conditions for cancellation appear in your booking confirmation. In case of late cancellation or no-show, full payment corresponding to the price of the ordered item will be charged. It should be noted that some offers cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed. This will appear when ordering.
